SEC Media Days

Quarterback Jalen Milroe, defensive back Malachi Moore and offensive lineman Tyler Booker will be in Dallas next week for SEC Media Days to meet head coach Kalen DeBoer.

Alabama will speak to the media on Wednesday at the Omni Dallas Hotel. This is the first time Dallas has hosted SEC Media Days.

Milroe, Moore and Booker are returning starters; all three started 13 of the Tide’s 14 games last season.

In 2023, Booker was named to the All-SEC first team by the Associated Press in his first season as Alabama’s starting left guard. He allowed just 2.5 sacks and 4.5 pressures in 676 snaps, earning him a spot on the Outland Trophy Watch List.

Last season, Milroe threw for 2,834 yards with 23 touchdowns and six interceptions. He also rushed for 531 yards and 12 scores, leading all quarterbacks and ranking fifth in the SEC in rushing touchdowns. Milroe finished sixth in the Heisman Trophy voting.

Moore was named permanent team captain in 2023. He finished the game with 52 tackles, including five for loss (-13 yards), one interception and one quarterback hurry. Moore was named to the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list for the second consecutive year.

The SEC Network will again broadcast all four days of the SEC Media Days on television starting Monday morning.
