CDTA changes Flex and Flex+ routes for summer

ALBANY, NY (NEWS10)– The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) is making several changes to its Flex and Flex+ on-demand services. Beginning Monday, June 24, the routes will operate Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Additionally, the summer schedule begins on Monday, July 1, providing a more convenient ride for downtown customers. Customers can book Flex+ rides for $3 through The Routing Company’s Ride Pingo app, CDTA’s Navigator app, or with cash.

For Flex Colonie riders, service will no longer serve the SUNY Collins Circle and Patroon Creek Boulevard stops on Monday, July 1. Additionally, there will only be one pick-up and drop-off point at shopping centers.
